The book has three sections: Part I is all about gargoyles and their golden era, the Middle Ages Part II conjures up the world of magick and Part III presents an abundance of resources to help you find out more about gargoyles…or just to find them!įor the best results, start with Part I and work through one chapter at a time. There’s even a certificate at the book’s end, to celebrate your progress.

For those who want to have a little fun, exercises are sprinkled throughout the book to help you test your newfound knowledge. I’ve tried to make the book interesting and accessible to a wide range of ages and interests. This book, similar to the gargoyles it will introduce, is a hybrid of sorts, a work that includes scholarship, folklore, pop culture, history, personal experience, and magick.
